The present paper delineates the philosophical perspective of ‘Shreemadbhagvad Geeta’ in context of socio-philosophical structure of human life. The knowledge system is quite strong in ‘Geeta’. It is based on ‘Karma’ Gyan’ and ‘Bhakti’. Not only Indian scholar's had written many commentaries on this composition but also Greek, Latin, French, German. English, Russian and Japanies had written more than three dozen commentaries to search the real philosophy of human life.
