The present paper focuses on the life styles of Panda Community situated at Sangam Tirth of Allahabad District, U.P. It also attempts to find out the importance of symbolism in the life of Hindu Culture and its stratification. As Brahmins are identified to receive offerings and donations from any strata of Hindus, so pandas play a symbolic role on the pilgrimance of Prayag city which is known as Sangam Tirth.
