This research studies the effect of quality management aspects on knowledge transfer and Performance. The study of quality management is done with the help of performed various actions that were included and assumptions is proposed about the effect of some quality management proceedings on knowledge transfer. The proposed model and assumptions were examined on the major Iran's automotive industry included two companies, Iran-Khodro and Saipa. According to the goals of this research, the survey's methodology is an applied-based one but of method and nature, it is put in the category of causal researches, as it studies the relation between research agents. In this way, by statistical technique of structural equations that are basically according to the external and internal transfer of knowledge it surveys the causal relation between variables. The results show that the common study of social and technical aspects of QM is an indicator for a set of proceedings with a tremendous effect on knowledge management, especially on knowledge transfer. So, these results from QM influence on Performance, give a theoretical support. It can be understood that it's because of quality management's positive effect on knowledge transfer.
