Data were obtained through a questionnaire on demographic information and assess knowledge. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics by using SPSS. Our results illustrate that the average of students’ awareness score was high. However, the types of questionnaire has shown students’ awareness of mobile learning is lesser than what has been expected that is indicating knowledge mismanagement in the area of mobile learning. In this regard, 57.5 percent of students believe that the mobile phone can be used as mobile learning instrument to eliminate the learning needs and 63.1 percent of students believe that making use of this technology lead to success in education. In the study, also, 70 percent believes that making use of mobile learning would be to the advantage of learning affiance. Moreover, the mean of awareness in PhD and graduate students is high but, although awareness of under-investigation students was high just in particular cases and in the rest cases their awareness was low. These results indicate that firstly must upgrade the students’ awareness about mobile learning via mobile phone then expect upgraded performance.
