The present research intended to investigate relationship between dimensions of organizational justice, trust and continuance and affective commitment on one side and teachers’ perceptions of the role of self-efficacy of educational supervisors on the other side in Karaj City in the academic year of 2012–2013. The method used in this research was casual correlation and its statistical population included all male and female teachers in different educational districts in Karaj city. The multi stage cluster random sampling method was used in the research wherein share of the participants ratio was taken into account and by use of the Cohen et al. sample size formula (2000), 361 individuals (127 male and 234 female) were selected and in order to collect the research data distributive, procedural and interactional Justice, trust in organization, trust in supervisor, affective commitment and supervisors’ role of self-efficacy questionnaires were distributed among them accordingly. The face and content validity as well as reliability of the questionnaires were precisely investigated and confirmed consequently. In line with research hypotheses the collected data were transferred to the software raw data driven pages of social sciences statistical package for conducting the analysis and for testing fitness of the casual model of the structural equations they transferred to the LISREL software. Findings of the statistical analyses suggested that dimensions of organizational justice, trust and continuance and affective commitment were of relationship with teachers’ perception of supervisors’ role of self-efficacy. Also fitness of the casual model designed in the research was tested based on the structural equation modeling. The goodness of fit index was calculated at 0.80 and its adjusted goodness of fit index calculated at 0.41. The root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) in the model was calculated at 0.282 implying relatively good fitness of the model.
