Abstract

This Research surveys the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Hepco Company in Iran. Due to the fact that the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees is investigated, so regarding the issue of research and going through Management literature studies beyond this issue, two models by “Richard Um” in relation with organizational commitment and job satisfaction have been investigated. This resereach has ‘applied nature’ and is conducted as sectional. The most proper method for data collection in terms of time and cost is the method of questionnaire. Results of this research imply that investigating the factors affect employees’ job satisfaction can be helpful. More specifically, the factors investigated in this paper led to improvement in some factors which are necessary for increasing in job satisfaction of employees.
