The present research has dealt with examining the organizational elements affecting the tendency to export in Mazandaran province companies. In the present research, using Fransisco Sara et al (2009) study, a model was presented in which the companies features (size of the company, competitive advantage, trend to technology), objective features (age, the level of the education, mastery of foreign languages), and subjective features (risk-taking, understanding the cost, understanding the interest, commitment) as independent variables and tendency to export as a dependent variables were considered and on this basis, some hypotheses were raised.
The method in this survey is applied and of survey study. The population of this study is Mazandaran province export companies and the sampling method is also Stratified. The required data in this research has been gathered and analyzed via a questionnaire from Fransiscosara et al (2009) model. Based on the obtained results from the research, the qualities of decision-makers, manager's age, education, language skills, managers’ rate of risk-taking, understanding the cost, understanding the benefit and commitment) affect the tendency to export in Mazandaran's companies. But there was found no significant relationship between export's cost and the percentage of export sales. Also, there is a significant relationship between specifications of the company (trend to technology, the size of the company) and the percentage of sales to the total sales. But there was no significant relationship between competitive advantage and the percentage of sales.
