The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of supplementary training courses on the job performance of Agricultural Bank employees in Fars province and the survey methodology was used. In order to collect information, a questionnaire was used which is called a personnel form and was designed based on Likert scale. The population includes all the employees of Agricultural Bank in Fars province who are present in the supplementary training courses and 107 people were selected randomly as the sample. Binomial Test was used to analyze the collected data. The findings showed that the training courses lead to 1. enhancing the work efficiency of employees 2. Providing education and job skills 3. Simplifying complex tasks 4. Creating commitment and accountability 5. Increasing the quality of work 6. Increased judgments and correct decisions 7. Creating innovation and creativity 8. Creating a spirit of cooperation and partnership 9. Resulting in the ability to apply appropriate resources and the working methods.
