An Investigation of the Status of Participatory Management in Melli Bank of Mazandaran Province

A dynamic management system that play an important role in human resource development and the resulting development banks, the management of the partnership. Enterprise performance evaluation is an issue that all organizations, regardless of their public or private nature of the micro and macro levels are encountered and as an efficient tool to evaluate and determine the amount to be used to achieve goals and outcomes. This model can make sense of commitment and responsibility, resulting in increased staff efficiency and effectiveness of the National Bank. Thus, in the present study to evaluate the cooperative management of the National Bank of Mazandaran province using participatory management model atmosphere will be discussed. This study is a descriptive survey of types of research and a questionnaire was used to collect data. After collecting data from prototype software SPSS, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated as 0.941, respectively.

Results indicate that the status of participatory management of the vision, of the values and goals of the province short of melli banks is not good. But the participatory management and execution of the mission of the Melli Bank is the proper province. But in general, it was concluded that participative management at the Melli Bank of the province is not appropriate.
