The Analysis of the Economical Role of Tehran-North Freeeway in the City of Chaloos

Road construction is one of the activities which, due to being at the service of other types of development, has developmental outcomes. In this framework, freeways, considering the technical and administrative features, and due to more ideal and safer conditions are of the most suitable bases of road transportations in so far as with the construction of freeways a huge flow of passengers and goods takes place in the mentioned way and in this way creates important outcomes in its influence scope especially in the economical aspect. In this regard, the Tehran-North freeway project is being constructed to provide a safe, fast and inexpensive connection between the western part of Mazandaran and the central part of the country and speed up the flow of men, goods, and sevices and ease of intraregional, national and international connections.

Considering the nature of the research study, the variables which show the economical effects on the freeway are analyzed. In this study, based on the three variables of access, employment and investment, 13 criteria were operationalized through a questionnaire and items in which they are presented.

In this study, 920 ones from the research statistical population were questioned purposefully that, based on rule, includes the social web engaging with the economical roles of freeway. Also, through the Granback Alpha test, the stability of the questions was confirmed. Therefore, the results of the T test, Pierson correlation coefficient and factors analysis show the desirability of the economical role of all the criteria and meaningfulness of the relation between all variables.

In the writer's view, the upcoming executive priorities, in accordance with the development of the area, should be realizing the obtained experimental and scientific expectations of the study.
