In recent years, efforts have been made to establish a mechanism for integrated assessment in higher education, and thereby beside achieving improvement, promotion and ensuring the quality of the higher education system, extend evaluation culture and the participation of the academic community in it. One types of educational assessment is evaluation of faculty by students. This feature provides this possibility that based on the results, identify strengths and weaknesses and reinforce the positive aspects and overcome the shortcomings of change and reform of education by proper planning. Accordingly, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the performance and rating Management faculty teachers of Sistan and Baluchestan from the perspective of undergraduate and graduate students using data envelopment analysis. In this regard, management, 270 students randomly selected using Cochran formula and responded to the questionnaire which reliability and validity has been approved. The results obtained from questionnaire have been used in the form of four individual personalities, ability to communicate, scholarship and teaching method as the input variables, and the number of articles, books and research projects conducted by teachers as output variables in DEA methodology. The findings revealed that teachers of public management and IT management department have required efficiency.
