This study aims to investigate the relationship between the role of manager and the staff according to Peter Singe's view. Research Method of the nature was descriptive –correlational. The population under study was included staff at the South Pars complex (Phases 22, 23 and 24) in 2013, which included 2500 people. The population was estimated 335 people based on Morgan's table. Sampling method was simple random. Data collecting tools included two standardized questionnaires to Peter Senge's view and questionnaires for organizational performance which its validity of the questionnaire was approved by management professionals and its reliability was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively 0.81 and 0.87. Data analysis used Spss software, Pearson correlation, the Kolmogorov -Smirnov and structural analysis of variance. According to the confirmation of research hypothesis, the conclusion was that there is a relationship between the role of manger from Peter Senge's view and employee performance then it was suggested to give more emphasis on the principles of coaching managers in the organization and growth of these principles which was provided to enable people to play a more effective role in improving the organization's performance.
