Kyoto Protocol adopted in UN conference in Kyoto, Japan in 1997. The Pact targeted emission rate of greenhouse gases. Totally, 174 countries worldwide considered the Pact, and Iran involved in it for two reasons: first, high per capita consumption of fossil fuels; second, reduction of fossil fuel consumption in the world though Iran still depends on fuel revenues. Challenges and opportunities prescribed in Kyoto Pact basing on results of models are varied and different. But absolutely, effects of climatic change and global warming, whether positive or negative, will be effective on energy supply distribution sources and their utilization. In this article, we are seeking to answer the question of how countries throughout of the world act continuing, amending or discontinuing Kyoto Pact. This question answered by the repeating prisoner-maze game. However, diminishing general costs, it is a recommendation for cooperation in keeping obligations of the Kyoto Pact based on the repeating prisoner-maze game.
