Abstract

The industrial competitiveness turned from individual firms to the network ones. public contracting and sub-contacting structures development are considered as one of the most important orientations that shows the different experiences of knowledge and technology in the different countries and have had significant effect on the social systems development. the purpose of the present study is to offer a case study of industrial clusters development in some countries and also subcontracting development in countries such as Japan, South Korea, Italy, India, France and a selective industry in the Taiwan. firstly, different benefits of the industrial clusters and subcontracting development have been offered that include the benefits of product differentiation and customer-oriented, forerun, decreasing the interaction and exchanges costs, the role of subcontracting in innovation and technological advancements, technological advancements and innovations. In the final section of the article, the industrial clusters and subcontracting have been studied.
