Study of the relation between social capital aspects and organizational citizen behavior (study case: personnel and managers of Mashhad Zomorrod spinning)

Social capital which is the result of values, norms, traditions, customs and rules formation and establishment is in a bed of social mutual relations per se and it underlies the consensus, collaboration, humanism, royalty, consciousness in social life from individuals. In this research we have analyzed the relation between social capital and organizational citizen behavior. Statistical society of the research include personnel and managers of Mashhad Zomorrod spinning which are 250 and with regard to Morgan table sample volume was 148. This research has done in descriptive method from correlation type and for data collection we have used social capital and organizational citizen behavior questionnaire and for data analysis proportional to research hypothesis Pearson correlation and unilateral variance analysis test have been used. Data analysis has done in descriptive and deductive levels were used. Result showed that there is a positive and meaningful relation between social capital and tend to organizational citizen behavior in personnel. Also based on obtained results from social capital aspects, relational aspect was the best predictor of tend to organizational citizen behavior, and two structural and cognitive aspects were in the next rank.
