Investigation of the relationship between qualities of working life with job satisfaction in financial staffof headquarter of Mazandaran Medical Sciences University

The present study has investigated the relationship between qualities of work life with job satisfaction of the financial ministerial staff of Mazandaran Medical Sciences University. In the present study we have discussed to this issue by utilizing Walton model of quality of working life.

The methodology in this study is field. The population in this research has been all financial ministerial staff of Mazandaran Medical Sciences University that was 59 persons. Since the population of financial staff of headquarter of university is low, it is not required to sampling and the census method is used. The information needed this research have been collected and analyzed by two questionnaires, Including a researcher-made questionnaire of the quality of work life based on the Richard Walton model and Linz job satisfaction questionnaires (2003). According to the results of the research findings, from the subsidiary eight-hypotheses, each of the eight dimensions of quality of work life model of Walton Including: fairly and adequately payment, safe and healthy working environment, development of human capacities, opportunity for continuous growth and security, social unity and cohesion, legalism, overall space of working life and social dependency of working life, have a positive effect on job satisfaction of employees and by increase in each of these dimensions, job satisfaction also increases. Research findings In relation to the main research hypothesis indicated that the quality of working life has a significant relationship with job satisfaction and by enhancing the quality of working life of employees, their job satisfaction also Increases.
