Abstract

Nowadays, organizations that consider competition in the market as their central issue, consider Knowledge Management as one of the activities proposed for efficacy of their activities. Successful implementation of knowledge management requires a holistic and comprehensive approach to various elements of the organization. The main challenge of organizations understands of knowledge management and how to implement it. Each factor in knowledge management play different significant role in the success of KM and on the other hand, these factors has an impact on each other; and also internal dependencies exist between them. Hence, the ultimate goal of this project is to identify the factors affecting successful implementation of KM, identifying relationships between them and their prioritization in Ansar Bank. To this purpose, first, influencing factors are extracted from the research literature and previous studies and after approval of these factors by banking experts; Multi-criteria decision making techniques are used that takes into account the correlations between factors. DEMATEL method is used to find a causal relationship between factors and using ANP method, the weighting of each of them will be conducted based on the expert's opinion. An important result of this study is to identify factors affecting the successful implementation of knowledge management in the banking network.
