Today, in order to improve the employees’ performance and to achieve knowledge and new technology, culture making and increase performance level of them, organizations hold various job training courses. This article tries to study relationship between in-service training programs and motivation with performance improvement of the employees in Iran Communicative Industries. The present study is applied based on objective, and survey-descriptive based on method. Data analysis has been done by SSPS and PLS software. The results of the test of studying motivation effect on performances of two trained and untrained groups show the motivation effect is merely significant in the trained group; it was concluded that training effect on performance is effective and positive with modification of the motivation criterion. Moreover, the results indicates the performance of the trained group has more desirable condition compared to the untrained group except in judgment criterion in which no significant difference was seen between two groups.
