Nowadays, dynamics of the globalization force the organizations to be innovative in order to survive and thrive. Entrepreneurship is a process associated with creativity and innovation. Therefore, entrepreneurship is meaningless without creativity and innovation. This can be used as a factor for both qualitative and quantitative improvement of the organizational knowledge. This should be applied in a useful manner, so that it may lead to successful organization. Those who enjoy a higher level of entrepreneurial intelligence may interpret their skills and knowledge for effective performance (use their knowledge and skills to function effectively). They use their capabilities to fill their gaps and set more lofty goals for themselves. They are eager to enter the unknown realms. They tend to gain knowledge from both internal and external sources to achieve their goals. Thus, they acquire a wealth of knowledge and experience by which they can interpret future data of the organization more effectively. They can also promote the organizational knowledge more effectively. The organizations should create an appropriate environment for both training and developing the entrepreneurial intelligence to convert both motivations and the knowledge to successful and beneficial structures for to the organization.
