Abstract

Present research aims to determine the impact of organizational learning on employees empowerment underlining the mediator role of gender, age and education level in central headquarters of Iran Saderat Bank. Statistical universe of the research includes 250 people of employees in central headquarters of Iran Saderat Bank. 152 people out of them selected as sample mass using simple random sampling method. The instrument for gathering data was a questionnaire and descriptive and inferential statistics have been used for data analysis. Results of the research showed that in general, organizational learning is effective on employees empowerment but various genders, age groups and education levels doesn't influence on variables.
