Relationship between spiritual intelligence and cultural intrlligence with team efficiency

The purpose of the current paper is to study the relationship between spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence with team efficiency in municipality of Zone 2 of Tehran. The questionnaire has been distributed among staff and managers of this organization and was collected afterwards. From 180 distributed questionnaire, 140 of them were collected and based on them data analysis was performed. First the research data collected through field operation by questionnaire is extracted and presented in a table. Then all the data are studied with the use of SPSS software in one section and with descriptive methods. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between cultural intelligence and its dimensions (strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior) and also spiritual intelligence and its dimensions (transcendental awareness, existence thinking, consciousness and creation of personal meaning) with team efficiency. The dimension of behavior in cultural intelligence and the dimension of existence in spiritual intelligence have the most effect and relationship with team efficiency.
