The aim of this study is to survey the achievement rate of the relationship between the indicators of success in knowledge management and learning organization in the Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences. This research is a type of Descriptive –correlation. The study population included the entire Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences faculty (80 people). Due to low members of statistical community, sampling method in the census (80) Means sample society is equal to the statistical community. In this study, Data collection tool was the questionnaire of teleos for knowledge management success indicators and Peter Senge's learning organization questionnaire and the demographic questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis. Research findings show that there is some meaningful relationship between the indicators of success and learning organization (level a=0.05) at the Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences
