PhD student,
The present article aims to investigate deconstructive approach to dominant (modern) and recessive paradigms (complexity, chaos theory) in organizational theories. The goal was to provide other readings of organization, using qualitative research approach and in this regard, deconstruction process was regarded as condition of conceptualization and thinking. For collecting data, library method (studying books, thesis, and related materials in Internet) was used to develop of Theoretical Principles and research literature. Despite the emphasis of Derrida on spontaneity of deconstruction, it cannot be denied that deconstruction in his works implies active interference in a research text or policy. In the present paper, seven research stages or policies of Derrida were considered in order to present general strategy of analyzing dominant and recessive poles of organizational theories without emphasis on method or even discourse. Results showed that systematic deconstruction approach can present new paradigms and theories, different and flexible attitudes toward organizational theories by resorting to quasi-transcendental analysis and conditions of possibility and impossibility and play a role in development of organizational theories.
