Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine Professional Ethics Influence on telecommuting personnel productivity. The population of the research includes all telecommuting personnel in Welfare Organization of Tehran. 35 telecommuters were selected by purposive sampling method. Data gathering tool was questionnaire that has been produced by researchers. Descriptive and inferential statistics method was used for date analysis. Results showed that generally there is a significant relation between productivity and professional ethics. More professional ethics was observed among personnel with more productivity. The research findings showed that there is a significant and positive relation between professional ethics and connection with applicant. Further, the research results showed that there is a significant and positive relation between professional ethics and organizational efficiency. The research findings certify that there is a significant and positive relation between professional ethics and organizational productivity. But also the research findings showed that there is no such relation between professional ethics and expedite the handling of patients.
