Necessities of Changing Educational and Promoting Contents in Performing Natural Resource Projects; Case Study: Oghlid City

Determining and knowing the effective factors on the increase of the modification and reviving projects in performing watershed projects and recognizing the effective factors in increasing risk taking of the projects are of the most general and important issues which are present in different civil and developmental activities of watershed. A developmental project can be the base of development in an area when it is both accepted and participated by people. The role of educational and promoting programs in accessing the goals with attracting people's effective participation is emphasized in different resources and authorities. In this research, the region of Dejkord is selected to be studied. To access the goal of the research, some questionnaire was used. Data obtained from the measurement, considering the level of measurement and variables effectiveness was analyzed in the version 21 of SPSS. In many of the questions, as the research variables, despite holding many educational and promoting classes and allocating financial sources to perform the watershed modification and reviving processes in the region of Dejkord; not a significant difference was observed between individuals’ attitudes under study and the neighboring regions. It is necessary that, considering the results of conferences and international meetings and the emphasis that many of these international protocols have put on the attraction of people participation in performing civil projects and the effects that the educational and promoting classes have on these programs, educational and promoting with different quantity and quality be presented using modern facilities and specialists idea.
