The Role of Middle Managers in Facilitating Proceedings of Knowledge Management in Organization (Case Study: Mellat Bank)

The purpose of the study is investigation the role of middle managers in facilitating proceedings of knowledge management in organization in Mellat Bank. This study was a descriptive survey and the survey instruments were three questionnaires of manager behavior, knowledge management and organizational learning. Statistical society was all of middle manager of Mellat Bank in regions of two and three. Sample size determination is based on the Kerjecy and Morgan table and cluster random sampling method was used. After data collection, data analysis was performed using SPSS. The results showed that analytic and intuitive behaviors of middle managers influence facilitating knowledge management practices.
