Achieving customer satisfaction is the primary goals of any organization providing goods and services. This article focuses on students’ satisfaction of Payame Noor University (PNU) in Guilan, Iran by using of 389 comments getting of them. By means of ANOVA it is investigated the effect of sex, the years of entrance and their major on their satisfaction. Also the importance performance chart shows improvement opportunities. The findings of the research indicate that the mean score of students satisfaction is about 2.57. Most amount of satisfaction belongs to the administrative section of the university. The scientific, educational, and welfare sections are in other orders. Sex, number of years attending to university and the kind of faculty have no effects on the students satisfaction, and the only effective factor is university centers. The Importance-Performance chart, almost in all centers introduced the use of educational equipment, rest place for students, and being conscientious as improvement opportunities.
