Governments in many countries have increased Research and Technology organizations (RTO) to survive in competitive and highly turbulent environment. RTO team project selection is an important process in these organizations because they basically work as a project and they should be choice team of project systematically. This research developed Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to select team project for Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI), and solved this model by Supper Decision software. The result obtained by ANP method show that the second candidate (C2) is the best person that should be selected.
