Abstract

Social security is one of capitalist world offers which was considered after Industrial Revolution with increased labor force and labor association formation to preserve, protect, support and future supply of productive forces of society that has a very effective and useful role in providing social security, income redistribution and poverty alleviation, community health promotion, increased productivity, supplying, social justice and creating social capital. Therefore it enjoys a remarkable position in all human societies. In economic development literature, social security has been used as development tool and the ultimate and goal of development as well. Thus, considering internal and external challenges that face the organization and the need to move from task-oriented to process-oriented, the role of processes reengineering will be very effective in social security organization growth and enlightening. In this study, while reviewing the literature related to reengineering, processes of commitments of social security organization modeling Daven port and short methodology have been studied.

According to research conduction as data analysis and processes description; this chapter is divided into two parts. In the first part, collected data through the questionnaire were analyzed using statistical tests. Results obtained from tests and research tool represent a significant gap between the status quo and the desirable one. Significant difference in the two 60/861 states was less than 0.05 for the main hypothesis; it was confirmed and sub-hypotheses were confirmed as well. So, information technology opportunities for processes simplification and optimal use of the organization resources in optimal state were considered.

At the end of the chapter, table of changes of before and after business processes reengineering and saving rate resulting from processes project implementation are listed
