Creating effective teamwork and definition of different project for teams in media organizations are inevitable principles in management and process control and activities, due to their power and expertise, there is clear evidence that effective teams provide more result than people who work individually and the result of their work is far beyond the capabilities of incoherent groups. In this paper we will show that one of the best models for the design of media organizations, which can be offered, is using teams to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness.
