Abstract

The use of IT, technologies, and human resources today is one of the most important issues for any organization since information technology and human resources can lead to productivity and the achievement of organizational goals as soon as possible. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the use of information technology and human resources function in Tejarat Bank branches of Zahedan, Iran. The statistical population of this study includes all the experts as well as senior experts and managers of Tejarat Bank branches of Zahedan, Iran. In terms of methodology, the present study is conducted in the form of a descriptive and correlational research project. A questionnaire is used as the data collection instrument. Questionnaire validity has been confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability as calculated by the Cronbach's alpha is equal to 0.85 indicating the high reliability of the questionnaire. For data analysis, the researchers implemented a normal distribution test (the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient using the SPSS software. The results show a relationship between the use of information technology and human resources function in Tejarat Bank branches of Zahedan.
