Affecting Factors on The Development of Investment in The Processing Industry Dates (Case Study: Sistan and Baluchestan Province)

Cultivated palm in the Sistan and Baluchestan was available since ancient date, and currently date is the most important horticultural crop production in the south of the province, particularly in the Baluchistan region of interest is located. Sistan and Baluchestan Province in an area of palm groves, the first state (about 45 thousand hectares under palm cultivation) and the second largest province in the country in terms of production date (annual harvest of about 168 thousand tons of dates) are considered. Despite the capabilities of dates due to lack of proper infrastructure like cold storage, modern processing and packaging industry in the province, province or increased labour farmers local dealers and Pakistani or as animal feed waste. The main objective of this research is to investigate the factors influencing the development of investment in processing industries in the province are dates. This is a study of the theoretical literature and the literature of six variables, personality traits, investors, business training, cooperative development, entrepreneurial culture, procedures and banking regulations, policies and incentives in the process of investment have been identified as fundamental variables. According to questionnaire consultation and collaboration with specialists in the design and study population included 120 women of all managers and experts from relevant government dates of industry in the southern cities of this industry in investors familiarize. Data obtained using multivariable regression analysis using the SPSS software were analysed. Results indicate that participants in the present study with the exception of changing the culture of entrepreneurship development, cooperative development and other variables, personality traits, business training, and procedures, regulations, banking incentive policy of the highest a positive impact on development investment in processing industries in the province are dates.
