Factors affecting the Sustainable Municipal Revenues (Case Study: Tehran)

The fact is that Tehran cannot be guided by instructions and circulars Case and the decision of the city cannot be a routine. Range of causes and growing population and environmental issues such as visual abnormalities, traffic, pollution, unstable and unsafe buildings and urban service delivery failure, urban management in such a way that effective strategy to adopt sustainable development. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting the sustainable municipal revenues, the role and effectiveness of Tehran Municipality. First, according to the purpose of this study, these factors were identified through the formulation of hypotheses. And according to the information collected in the next step, we assessed the accuracy of these assumptions with respect to the factors. According to the results, both formulated hypotheses were confirmed and found that these factors are influenced by Tehran Municipality sustainable income. Finally, given the results, recommendations are also provided.
