Abstract

Introduction: students, as most funds, alternative financial investment, especially in the competitive environment and technology. The most important application of the concept of intellectual capital, and has a broad, intellectual capital, customers, processes, information, brand, human resources and organizational systems are manifest, and the ever-increasing role in creating a sustainable competitive advantage. This study examines the relationship between intellectual capital and financial health of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Methods: The first four indicators of financial health, and intellectual capital indicators, using Qtobin, the Statistical Society of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange, during the years 2007 to 2011, has been measured, the impact of intellectual capital on each of the indicators of financial health, using a regression model, is tested. Conclusion: The results indicate that, between the intellectual capital and cash conversion cycle ratio, return on assets, and a steady growth rate, there was a significant relationship, and only between intellectual capital and the ratio of book value to market value, there is a significant relationship.
