Essay of The Affecting Managment Factors on The Staff and Faculty (Case Study: Pnu Kermanshah Province)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the management, staff and faculty, the PNU is Kermanshah province. The population of this study consisted of 470 students from the university, which, of whom 212 patients, randomly, and using Cochran formula, for example, for the first half of 2014 were selected. This cross sectional survey study, the correlation type. To collect data, the inventory of effective management of noble birth and Rain (2008) is used. Validity (professors), and reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.814), respectively. The results of the research, software, SPSS, and using descriptive and inferential statistics (Student t-test and Friedman), showed a 5-fold of the staff and faculty of management is effective. And the parameters are as follows: participative management, group formation, authority, autonomy and freedom to provide information.
