Organizational culture, which is shared set of meanings and values, is linked to the organization's members, constitute the dominant value system, and differentiate the organization from other organizations, on the other hand organizational creativity can improve the quantity and quality of service, reduce costs, avoid waste, reduce bureaucracy, increase competition, increase efficiency and productivity, motivation and job satisfaction of employees, lead. On the other hand, a key factor in creating a society, and paving the way for cultural, organizational culture in this regard due to the strong influence of the nature, role in shaping organizational behavior, and create significant changes in within the organization. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of organizational culture on organizational creativity in the Department of Physical Education, Northwest, professionalism. The population of this study consisted of 950 employees of the respective organizations, among which 274 randomly, using Cochran formula, for example, for the first half of 2014 were selected. This cross-sectional survey study, the correlation type. The data collected from the questionnaire corporate culture Robbins (1996), and organizational creativity scale Esmi and Jahani (2009), was used. Validity (professors), and reliability (Cronbach's alpha: 0.75 and 0.80) indicated that the questionnaire, measuring tools, good reliability and validity, enjoy. The results of the research, by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics (linear regression and stepwise), showed that organizational culture has an impact on organizational creativity.
