Empowerment of Human Capital Empowerment Components of Countries in The Sustainable Development of Nations and Visions

Empowerment of human capital is expressed as one of key role in human capital for achieving vision of the nation. Appropriate investment in human capital empowerment is one of essential component empowerment in achieving vision and sustainable national development. Results of comparative study showed that method of components as one of components empowerment in achieving vision by successful experience of Japan. National training and development program tailored to the needs of today's traditional culture is fundamental actions in planning efficient system of education as mainstream growth models of individual and social development of the country's human capital. Generally, Particular focus on building the capacity of countries and their governments, policy formulation and effective implementation of macro and micro applications in the field of empowerment of human capital by developing national education programs, national educational reform region as well as qualitative and quantitative of efficient plan. Corporate managers, when the hardness of foreign funds to finance than firms without financial constraints, there is little likelihood that these funds invest in projects with negative net present value. The study sample consisted of 89 participants from Companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2006 to 2012, where data collection and analysis were used. The results indicate that financial constraints factor affecting the company's liquidity is taking a direct relationship with the performance of companies in each industry.
