Abstract

Organization culture is a significant determinant of the long run performance of an organization. SMEs are significant contributors of economic growth in fast developing economies like India. Moreover, the SMEs in India are integrating with the world markets. Hence an appropriate organization culture needs to be developed that can facilitate growth and dynamism.

To study the organization culture in the identified category of SMEs in Chhattisgarh a survey was conducted in paddy mills. The results revealed that forms of Autocratic cultures are largely prevalent in these mills. Factor analysis was done to identify significant factors in such mills.
