Abstract

At present, MBA is choice of the students of all streams. Engineering and MBA is considered the best combination. At present business management is the most lucrative career. Family and friends encourage for joining the MBA. Sometime family members pressurize to take management as career.

In the fifties it was believed that managers are born. In sixties it was realized that managers can be developed by training. In seventies it has become the business. In eighties it has grown into a huge industry. In the nineties it is witnessed a highly competitive industrial sector. And now it has become an industry, produces the millions.

But on the basis of that paper author try to list out and rank the expectations of the youth which they want from B- Schools and how much they are success. What changes we required for enhance Business schools quality in India.
