Abstract

Today's fast-paced society is filled with conflicting responsibilities and commitments for men and women in their work and personal life. The present scenario employees have to contribute more at work place with constant attitude of adjusting work place situations and demands. In order to deliver the needy things at work place requirements, an employee need a proper work-life balance. In this aspect Health Care is an extremely people-based industry which is providing service only by the contribution of service providers. The service sector especially in the health care should deliver quality service with the work force supportive contribution, commitment and responsiveness. This particular research paper aims to study the work-life balance of employees in health care industry. In addition to that it aims to study the job satisfaction of the employees, support getting from various sources by the employees to inculcate work life balance, impact of work-life balance in their work, surroundings and personal life.
