Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is an important rhizomatous spice crop belongs to the family Zingebraceae valued for the presence of curcumin. Being its rhizomatous nature, it required heavy application of inorganic nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium along with supplementation of micronutrients for boosting up the rhizome yield to greater extent. The enhanced growth, yield, quality, nutrient content and nutrient uptake of turmeric with the application of N, P2O5, K2O and micronutrients were complied and presented here under.
