Abstract

Phenotypic responses of two soybean cultures to a chemical mutagen Ethidium Bromide (EB) and a physical mutagen gamma rays were studied in the M1 and M2 generations and the frequency and spectrum of chlorophyll mutations were worked out. Gamma rays was found to be more than Ethidium Bromide (EB).
