Abstract

Cauliflower plants i.e. upto 20 days old were more prone to attack of Rhizoctonia solani causing stem rot than 35 days old plants. In 50 days old plants susceptibility to the dIsease decreased drastically. Also sandy soil favoured maximum stem rot incidence and least in clay soil.
