Abstract

The ridgegourd mosaic virus (RGMV) produces initial symptoms as yellow vein clearing of leaves which later turn in to mottled and puckered form. The affected leaves were reduced considerably in size. The infected plants showed slow growth nnd fruit bearing affected adversely. The incidence of ridgegourd mosaic virus (RGMV) ranged from 5.50% in different localities of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana States.
