Abstract

A experiment conducted to study the P balance in maize-based cropping system revealed that the P2O5 at recommended level increased the available soli P2O5 of which the theoretical balance being 3.5. The P2O5 when applied for all the crops in the system increased the available soil P2O5 and the theoretical balance was positive.
