Abstract

Application of 60 kg P2O5/ha and triacontanol granule at 30 kg/ha significantly increased the growth parameters, yield attributing characters, gain and fodder yield, N and P content and their uptake in seed and straw and oil content (%) over their lower doses. The highest net returns of Rs.8926/ha was recorded at 60 kg P2O5/ha, while net returnsof Rs.7656/hawas recorded at 30 kg/ha triacontanol granule application. Similarly foliar application of triacontanol (0.05%) significantly increased the growth and yield attributing characters, yield, N and P content and their uptake, oil content and net return (Rs./ha) over mixtalol (0.10%) and multiplex (0.10%). It recorded the highest net return of Rs. 9026/ha.
