Physiological variability of chickpea genotypes under receding soil moisture conditions in black cotton soils of Andhra Pradesh
Abstract
A field experiment was conducted during rabi 2000–2001 using 13 genotypes of chickpea. The study indicated that maximum yield was in the genotype LBeG 4. This genotype also had more number of stomata on both the surfaces with lower relative wafur content.
