Abstract

An experiment was conducted to study the correlations of morpho-physiological parameters and yield attributes with yield by using ten genotypes during the kharif 1997. The morpho-physiological and yield contributing characters viz., plant height, no. of branches/plant, no. of leaves, leaf area and leaf dry matter/plant, stem and total dry matter/plant, 100 grain wt (g), harvest index, AGR, RGR, (Between 50–70 DAS) and LAI and LAD at all growth stages revealed significant positive correlations with the grain yield (g)/plant in rice bean.
