Forty two pearlnullet populations grown in randomized block design with three replications were studied for path and correlation studies among fifteen characters including quality and physiological traits. The study revealed that panicle length, grain density per square cm, head yield/plant, leaf area duration and days to 75% bloom directly influence the seed yield. Selection based on these attributes will be reliable and effective.
