The performance studies of Acacia nilotica elite germplasm under field condition

Acacia nilotica seeds from thirty provenances were collected in the month of April 1998 for evaluation of plus trees under field condition. The variation among the thirty provenances for various characters were observed. Among the provenances U.P provenances recorded higher plant height, DBH and crown spread followed by Don valley and minimum values were observed in Jodhpur.
